Our network brings together early years’ practitioners from across the locality to share effective practice, explore new learning, and strengthen professional confidence.

Each session includes opportunities for sharing best practice, practical examples, discussion, and reflection – all designed to support high‑quality practice in your setting.

This is a supportive space where you can:

• connect with colleagues from local early years settings
• access up‑to‑date guidance, strategies, and practical tools
• explore effective practice in action
• share challenges, ideas, and successes
• strengthen your understanding of early years pedagogy
• build confidence to deliver high‑quality experiences for children

The main focus for the network this Autumn term is Physical Development and screen time, supporting purposeful movements and healthy screen time.

Whether you’re new to the sector or highly experienced, your voice and input is valued. Together we can build strong, consistent early years practice across Leicestershire.
