Held within the walls of Leicester Castle Great Hall, the trials unfolded during a period of fear, suspicion, and deep social unrest, where accusation alone could seal a person’s fate.

This event will take you from the talk in the Great Hall Court Room onto a paranormal investigation within Leicester Castle, where strange phenomena have been reported at the mention of the Witch Trials.

Led by experienced paranormal investigators, you will access the historic cellblock beneath the Crown Court and enter the darkness of John O’Gaunt’s Dungeon.

The evening will conclude a glass of wine and at Midnight, the eve anniversary of the 1616 Witch Trials, with candlelight memorial on the Castle Green.
