Celebrate the beauty of Hawaiian music and the spirit of aloha at the 2026 Lei Mei Day Concert & Falsetto Competition, a special night of live entertainment, cultural celebration, and incredible vocal talent.

Hosted by Launaʻole and Kamahaʻo Haumea-Thronas, this exciting event brings together some of Hawaiʻi’s beloved artists, rising stars, and community for an unforgettable evening on Maui.

The night begins with an exciting Falsetto Singing Competition, where talented vocalists will take the stage to compete for the $5,000 Grand Prize.

Falsetto singing is one of the most treasured traditions in Hawaiian music, known for its soaring tone and heartfelt emotion. Contestants will perform live in front of the audience and be evaluated by an esteemed panel of judges, recognized for their knowledge and contributions to Hawaiian music.
