This event is for my Girl Scout Silver Award project. When the project is complete, I will have spent 50 hours planning it. I will have created educational activities that I shared with other GS troops and researched the impact of fast fashion on our environment.This event is free. You will be able to drop off clean donations of clothing, shoes, and accessories which my team will sort in the morning. In the afternoon, please join us to "shop" for new to you clothing items.
Plastic in synthetic fabrics can still find its way into the environment with used clothes. By participating in this project, we are reducing the overconsumption of new fast fashion items.
