Legs, Bums and Mums (West)

This session focuses on strengthening and toning your legs and bum using body weight exercises and movement to help improve your fitness levels.

This session is suitable during pregnancy whenever you feel ready up to your due date and after your 6-8 week post-natal check up.

There is a cost of £1 per session - cash only, please!
