Buggy Walk (East)

Meet us at the clock tower!

This is a fun, outdoor social activity working on general fitness and wellbeing using the buggy/pram. babies need to be secured in the buggy/pram throughout the session for safety.

This session is suitable during pregnancy whenever you feel ready up to your due date and after your 6-8 week post-natal check up.

This session is suitable for pregnant women and new mums whenever you feel ready up to your due date and after your first post-natal check up (usually 6-8 weeks). Walk-ins welcome!

Schedules are added 4 weeks at a time. More dates will be made available.
