LEGO® Serious Play® Facilitated by Angel Takooree

Sheffield Women in Tech is here to create a community that is empowered by women, for women in technology, and support the next generation of diverse talent with new committee members and fresh ideas.

This workshop uses LEGO® Serious Play® to bring women in tech together in a playful, interactive hands-on session.

Led by certified facilitator Angel Takooree, it creates a safe and supportive space for participants to reflect, share experiences, and connect with others in the community. No previous experience of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® or building with LEGO® is needed.

Angel Takooree is a workshop experience designer and facilitator with over 25 years of experience across more than 36 organisations, from startups to global brands. Founder of Dot and Dash Consulting, she is a certified facilitator of LEGO® Serious Play® and uses playful, hands-on methods to help teams solve complex problems and turn insight into action.

She is co-founder of Facilitate Sheffield and recently served as Conference Co-Chair for the International Association of Facilitators 2026. Sheffield Women in Tech has played a role in her career shift into the tech sector. 

To get the full experience, please aim to arrive on time. The session is designed to build from the start, so early arrival really does make a difference.
