Lego Serious Play: Building Blocks to Wellbeing - Free Carer Workshop

It’s time to play with Lego and discover what self-care means to you through the power of play. Join the fun while learning the 5 Ways to Well-Being and how you can use this tool to develop your own plan to improve your overall health and well-being.

Carers will be guided through the workshop by one of our experienced Carer Coaches in a group-based setting which allows for carers to meet and mingle with people who understand what it means to be a carer. No experience is needed, just a desire to have some fun and learn more about you! Lunch and light refreshments will also be provided.

To be eligible to participate, you must;

• Be a carer*
• Be registered with Carer Gateway (we can assist with registration for new carers to participate in the program)
• Be a resident living in South-Western Sydney or Nepean Blue Mountains regions

Any person who does not meet the above criteria will not be eligible to participate and tickets will be cancelled.

*A carer is anyone who provides care, support or assistance for a family member, friend or loved one with a long-term illness or disability.
