The planning next phases of The Currents of Kankakee Riverwalk is happening now. This is an opportunity to have your voice heard on the plan for the future of Legion Park in Kankakee (south of Station Street on the Kankakee River).
The evening will include a short presentation at 6:15 by local community leaders and landscape, architects and planners from RVI. Participants will be encouraged to ask questions and provide feedback on the plans presented.
This event is hosted in partnership with the Kankakee Valley Park District, the City of Kankakee and The Currents of Kankakee.
This event is free and open to the public at the Bill Spriggs Civic Auditorium on S. 8th Street in Kankakee.
