A couple of years ago I had my worst business year in four years of trading.

Not because I wasn't working hard. Not because my offer wasn't good. I was doing everything the gurus told me to do; crafting the perfect offer, guaranteeing outcomes, building timelines, obsessing over my messaging. I was marketing. Constantly. To an audience I hadn't built yet.

Zero. For months.

Then I remembered something I'd somehow managed to forget. I'm in sales. I know how to have a conversation with a human being and turn it into a client. So I stopped marketing and started selling. Direct outreach. Simple conversations. No funnels, no frameworks, no guru nonsense.

Nine months later I'd gone from £0 a month to £25,000 a month.

Best year I've ever had.

That's what Legends LIVE is about.

On the 23rd of July I'm bringing a room of solo founders, coaches and consultants together at West Digital Studios in West London for an evening built around one question: why are people half as good as you winning the work you should be winning?

The answer isn't what most people expect. And once you hear it, you can't unhear it.

From 3PM we'll have drinks, proper networking (not the awkward name badge kind), a 60-minute training session where I'll give you a real, honest look at what's actually going on when someone less capable than you walks away with your client; and then studio tours of one of the most impressive creative spaces in West London. West Digital Studios has a performance stage, broadcast studios, podcast suites and a licensed bar. It's the kind of place that makes you wonder why anyone ever hired a hotel conference room.

This is a real in-person evening. 50 seats. £10. 23rd July.

It's for you if you're a solo founder or B2B consultant who can't figure out why the pipeline is so unpredictable. If you've ever watched someone less experienced land a client you should have had. If you post consistently and get likes but not clients. Or, if you get to the end of a discovery call and something stops you from closing it.

It's not for you if you want someone to tell you you're doing great and just need to believe in yourself more. I won't be doing that.

Tickets are £10. I've priced it that way deliberately; low enough that it's an easy yes, high enough that the people in the room actually want to be there.
