Legal Workshop: Planning Ahead with Confidence
About this Event
Planning Ahead with Confidence: Understanding Wills, Powers of Attorney & Personal Directives
Planning ahead can help ensure that your wishes are understood and respected if you become unable to make decisions for yourself or after you pass away.
Join us for an informative workshop that will explain the purpose of wills, powers of attorney, and personal directives in clear and accessible language.
The session will explore important questions such as:
- Who will manage your money if you become sick or are unable to make decisions for yourself?
- Who will care for your children if you become seriously ill or pass away?
- Who will make decisions about where you live and the medical care you receive if you cannot decide for yourself?
- Who will receive your belongings and property after you pass away?
