Help us clean up the corridor we call home.
Legacy Tire & Auto Repair is inviting residents, families, businesses, schools, churches, and community groups to join us for Legacy’s Mahoning Avenue Cleanup.
Together, we will pick up litter, clean designated areas, and show what can happen when Youngstown comes together.
Date: Saturday, September 19, 2026
Volunteer Check-In: 8:30 a.m.
Cleanup: 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
Meeting Point: Legacy Tire & Auto Repair, 2408 Mahoning Avenue
In the event of inclement weather, a back of date is scheduled for Saturday, September 26, at the same time.
Cleanup supplies, safety instructions, assignments, water, and light refreshments will be provided.
Volunteers should wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Children are welcome with responsible adult supervision.
Volunteer-hour confirmation will be available upon request.
Every eligible registered participant who checks in and volunteers will receive one entry into a drawing for a $150 Legacy gift certificate. No purchase necessary.
