Legacy On A Plate
About this Event
Legacy on a Plate is a 3-day festival celebrating the African Diaspora culinary story, honoring Black food traditions rooted in West Africa, the Caribbean, the American South, and right here in Austin, Texas.
Food is history. Food is culture. Food is identity.
Join us for live music, cultural programming, a $5,000 food competition, Black-owned business vendors, family activations, and storytelling that connects generations. This is more than a festival, it's a movement.
