Thirteen years ago, Purpose Preparatory Academy opened its doors with a belief:

The Legacy of Purpose Gala honors the first group of scholars who began their journey at Purpose Prep as kindergarteners—and are now stepping into adulthood as graduating seniors. Together, we celebrate the students, families, educators, and community members who believed early and stayed committed.

Purpose Preparatory Academy’s commitment to excellence has delivered measurable results, including:

• Level 5 distinction — the highest achievement rating for growth and performance
• Ranked #1 and #2 among elementary schools serving African American students in ELA and Math
• Ranked in the 100th percentile within the Pearl-Cohn Cluster
• Scholars perform three times the cluster average in Math

But the true impact goes beyond statistics—it lives in students who were believed in early and supported consistently.
