Learn how neon has shaped the visual identity of San Francisco’s neighborhoods and commercial corridors. Vintage signs have evolved from advertising to beloved works of public art and symbols of local history. authors Al Barna and Randall Ann Homan share stories of craftsmanship, preservation and the enduring glow of neon.
