Since their earliest days as a forward-thinking, progressive bluegrass band with the guts to add drums to the mix, the members of Leftover Salmon have long been unafraid to stir in any number of highly combustible styles into their ever-evolving sound. From their role as pioneers of the modern jamband scene to their current status as elder statesmen, who cast an influential shadow over every festival they play, the band members have helped keep traditional music alive while also pushing it into new psychedelic directions.
