Leeds Support Group - Tai Chi

We are delighted to welcome Larraine Biscomb, Tai Chi Instructor & Member of the Tai Chi Internal Arts Union.

Larraine will give a talk and demonstration on the benefits of Tai Chi for people with osteoporosis.

Refreshments are available in the café on the ground floor and can be taken to the Sanderson Room for consumption.

We would request a donation of £3-£5 on the day to help cover the cost of the room hire

This will take place in the Sanderson Room, Leeds Central Library, Calverley Street (just off the Headrow) LS1 3AB.

This room is on the 3rd floor – a lift is available.
