Jeremy Miles Price doesn't just "dabble" with jazz flute, he is devoted to it! His life in jazz led him to Kenny Wheeler at Banff in 1997 as a member of the Banff Jazz Orchestra (1997, 2001, 2002, 2004 and 2006), several Canadian tours with sambajazz chromatic harmonica ubermensch Hendrik Meurkens (2005-2018) , and more recent shows with Bill McBirnie (Horace Silver Flutes) and Ottawa Maestro Miguel de Armas (Latin Jazz Flute Reimagined).
For tonight's show, Jeremy pays respects to his musical mentors, plus in a liberal dose of love for Lee Morgan's more obscure gems. With Tilden Webb (piano), Brad Pearson (bass), Nicholas Bracewell (drums), and special guest artist Julian Borkowski (trumpet).
