Lee Health Bereavement Support and the Healthy Life Center, in collaboration with Valerie’s House, invite you to a gentle day of rest, reflection, and remembrance for families grieving perinatal loss or the loss of a child up to one year of age. 💙
Grief counselors will be available throughout the retreat as guests participate in nature activities, creative healing exercises, grief education sessions, holistic treatments/relaxation, and a closing memorial ceremony honoring your loved one(s). Breakfast and lunch will be served.
Activities to explore:
- Sound Bowl Therapy
- Neurographic Art
- Yoga or High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
- Grief education sessions:
- Grief Connection Café
- Physical Health and Grief
- Spirituality and Grief
