About this Event

Lee Grane and Sumukhi are musicians from the Philippines who share a love for Naada Yoga - the yoga of music and sound. They invite everyone out for an evening of shared love of these practices to open our hearts and sit in good company.

Sit back and relax or lie down as we sing and guide you in yoga nidra for the first part of the evening and then Kirtan and song for the 2nd hour. Please come and get settled between 4:30 - 5 pm. We'll have some light refreshments in the room.
