Dr. Tiana S. Woolridge, MD, MPH, is a primary care sports medicine physician at the Hospital for Special Surgery, where she also serves as Medical Director of Youth Sports Outreach. A former NCAA Division I volleyball player at Princeton University, she brings a unique athlete-physician perspective to helping young athletes prevent injury, recover safely, and protect their long-term physical and mental health.
