About this Event

Who’s pouring into you?

That question sparked such a powerful conversation the first time around that we knew there was more to unpack.

But this time, we’re flipping the question:

Who are YOU pouring into—and how are you showing up for the people in your life?

Healthy relationships can be an important part of our mental, emotional, and physical well-being. But meaningful relationships aren’t built simply by finding people who support us. They require reciprocity, communication, vulnerability, boundaries, accountability, and a willingness to examine how we show up for one another.

Join Complete Health Ventures, Heart, Body & Soul & Coffee Uplifts People for Who’s Pouring Into You? Part II — Building Relationships That Give Back, an honest, culturally relevant conversation about what it really takes to build and sustain relationships that are healthy, meaningful, and mutually supportive.

We’ll explore questions like:

  • What does reciprocity actually look like in a healthy relationship?
  • Are we giving people the same support we expect to receive?
  • How do we communicate what we need without expecting people to simply “know”?
  • What happens when one person is always doing the emotional heavy lifting?
  • How do boundaries strengthen relationships rather than push people away?
  • How do we navigate conflict, disappointment, forgiveness, and repair?
  • When does a relationship need more work—and when is it time to let go?
  • How do we become better friends, partners, family members, and members of our community?

And perhaps the most challenging question of all:

What if sometimes WE are the ones who need to do better?

This isn’t a lecture. It’s a conversation.

It goes both ways.
