About the Lecturer:
Dr. Noni Brynjolson is an Assistant Professor of Art History at Minnesota State University Moorhead. Her research focuses on contemporary socially engaged art, and she recently published a co-edited book titled Pedagogical Art in Activist and Curatorial Practices (Routledge, 2024). Originally from Winnipeg, Canada, she completed her PhD in Art History at the University of California San Diego in 2019 and lived in Indianapolis for five years before moving to Moorhead.
