Lebanon Utilities Service meets on the upper level of the Municipal Building (401 S Meridian St, Lebanon, IN 46052) (please note sometimes the doors are locked after 5 PM, so be sure someone can let you back in if you need to step out). Following that meeting, there is a Lebanon Utilities Service Board Meeting where members of the public have an opportunity to provide testimony.
