Learning to Lead (Year 7–10)Leadership begins with self-awareness and the ability to positively influence others.
This transformative three-day leadership program empowers students to discover their strengths, understand their unique leadership style, and put leadership into action. Through team challenges, communication training, and guided reflection, participants learn that leadership isn’t about titles — it’s about behavior, responsibility, and creating a positive impact.
Students will explore their KIDS DISC leadership style, develop strategies for working with diverse personalities, and build the confidence to lead with clarity, empathy, and purpose.
