This month, we are diving into a crucial truth: technology is only half the battle. To unlock real performance gains, our organisational culture and human habits have to evolve alongside the tools. We will also look at highly practical, real-world workflows that show how AI can transform the way we coordinate and share knowledge.

Session 1: AI Won’t Transform Performance Unless Human and Leadership Behaviours Change as Well
Speaker: Sujith Ramachandra, Principal Consultant at Radically
About the talk: Moving past software installation to cultural integration. Sujith will discuss why traditional leadership mindsets often stall AI adoption and how to shift team behaviours to embrace an AI-augmented workflow actively.
Session 2: AI for Planning Knowledge-Sharing Events
Speaker: Daz Martin
About the talk: A fully practical deep dive into event execution. Daz will walk through concrete examples of using AI to streamline administrative overhead, optimise topic and speaker preparation, and automatically spin up high-quality content assets right after an event finishes.
In addition to the talk, we’re chatting about:
- Automating the Boring Stuff: How to offload your "to-do" list to AI.
- Your AI Second Brain: Using tech to think faster and stay organised.
- Tool Swap: Show and tell your favourite apps and workflows.
No ego, no experience required. This is a space for us to learn from one another. We’ll have a short talk to kick things off, but the night belongs to the community.
