Learn2Thrive (L2T) Group Sessions - February 2026 - Coventry

Welcome to Space 2 Thrive

A service by Coventry and Warwickshire Mind for adults aged 18 and over who have experienced domestic abuse trauma and are currently living in refuge or sanctuary accommodation in Coventry. Our service is delivered through an experienced team, including therapeutic support workers and qualified trauma counsellors.

About Learn 2 Thrive (L2T) Group Sessions

L2T is a four-week group activity designed to help you understand trauma and mental health better. In these ninety-minute sessions (one per week), we will cover various aspects of trauma and mental health, providing you with trauma informed information and self-management strategies aimed at supporting your development. (This course will be delivered in English.)

What will the sessions cover?

Wednesday 4 February 2026 1000 - 1130 Session 1: The window of tolerance and domestic abuse

Wednesday 11 February 2026 1000 - 1130 Session 2: The brain's response after domestic abuse

Wednesday 17 February 2026 1000 - 1130 Session 3: The body's response after domestic abuse

Wednesday 24 February 2026 1000 - 1130 Session 4: Summary of the learning

The maximum capacity is 12 people, so please book early to secure your place.

To get the maxmum benefit from Learn 2 Thrive groups, we will expect you to commit to attending all four sessions. We will give you a £15 Love2Shop voucher when you have attended on all four dates.

Bookings for Learn 2 Thrive can be made here if you are receiving domestic abuse services from Coventry Haven, Panahghar, Local Authority Temporary Housing IDVA or Relationships Coventry and Warwickshire.

You can either make the booking yourself or have support staff assigned to you do it with your permission. You can also talk to them about travel and childcare arrangements.
