Inner West Ultimate runs several seasons of mixed social ultimate frisbee throughout the year. Before each season we host a free introductory sessions where you can learn how to play or improve your game.
Everyone is welcome! Bring your partner, bring your friends, bring your neighbours.
What to bring:
- a dark (preferably black) shirt
- a light (preferably white) shirt
- running shoes (soccer cleats if you have them)
- a drink bottle
No clue how to play?
Not a problem, we're going to teach you everything you need to know. We'll show you how to catch a disc and how to throw both backhand and forehand. Once you've got that down we'll run you through the rules and basic game play then start a game.
