About this Event

Your palate will be tested to find out what kind of taster you are.

Curious? There is more. We also test the theories of food and wine pairing to bring everything together in a climactic AHA! moment.

Four 2.5 oz glasses of wine and sample food-component pairings are included.

Nikki has been teaching food and wine pairing since 2011, as St. Paul College instructor of The Wine Professional Certificate, for almost 10 years, and started her own Wine & Spirits School, Vine Lab Wine & Spirits Academy in 2017, bringing WSET global certifications to Minnesota.
