Learn to Swing Dance in 3 weeks: Lindy Hop Short Course for Beginners

Learn to swing dance with our 3-week short course! The "Swing Out" is the most important fundamental step of the Lindy Hop, the original partnered swing dance from the 1930s and 1940s.

Over three classes we will teach you the basic footwork and how to dance the Swing Out and related moves from scratch. You’ll learn how to make them look good and feel great! We will also teach you some classic style, including beautiful vintage “Swivels” for followers. A fun and friendly introduction to swing dance!
This is a couple dance, but no partner is required to attend. We will rotate partners in class. So come alone or with friends!
Course Schedule (three 1-hour classes over 3 weeks):
7.00pm - 8.00pm Tuesday 28 April 2026
7.00pm - 8.00pm Tuesday 5 May 2026
7.00pm - 8.00pm Tuesday 12 May 2026
Level: for absolute beginners, no experience needed.
