Join Heather for a 30-minute Learn to Spin class on Thursday, September 11 at 6:00pm.

Ease into the world of spinning and lower the intimidation factor of the spin bikes. You'll learn everything you need to know about proper bike setup, positions, and lingo.
Learn to Spin is included in all Heritage memberships. Guests are welcome for the drop-in fee of $17.50.
