Learn to Shuck Oysters!

Love to eat oysters, wish you could open them yourself? Learn how from shucking pros from across the state. Eat all you can shuck!
About this Event

Oysters are often seen as mysterious beings that require magic to open. That is not true! Professional shuckers will show you that with a little know how (and some safety precautions), you too can open oysters!

Eating with the Ecosystem is genrously providing shucking knives and protective gloves for you while you learn from shucking pros. The lesson is about 10 minutes, then you are given 15 minutes to try your hand at shucking for yourself. Bonus? You get to eat all you shucked! (But don't worry, if you are struggling with shucking, you'll still get to eat oysters)

Registration is not required but it helps us know how many people to expect!
