For beginners to those who can complete a project of their own choice. Learn to sew a simple project such as a bag, cushion cover or pillowcase, moving on to a more challenging project.
Learn how to make alterations, repairing clothing or starting a project from start to finish. Learners will be taught a variety of sewing techniques including zip insertion, elastic waistbands and attaching pockets.
Tuesdays: 28 OCT, 4, 11, 18, 25 NOV & 2 DEC
6pm - 8pm
at Te Atamira - 12 Hawthorne Drive, Frankton
Sewing machines provided, or bring your own along. Bring scissors, pins etc if you have them, otherwise they can be provided.
$70 per person for the 6 week course.
