Join artist and tutor Marina for this enjoyable and creative workshop inspired by the work of David Hockney. Suitable for both beginners and those with previous experience, you'll explore Hockney's distinctive use of colour, perspective, line and composition while developing your own artistic style.
Working in a sketchbook, you'll experiment with drawing, expressive mark making and a limited colour palette, learning how to simplify shapes, observe tonal values and create confident, expressive sketches. Marina will provide demonstrations, guidance and individual support throughout the session, helping you develop both your skills and creativity.
