This friendly, 2-hour session is the perfect introduction to Nordic Walking – no experience required!
I’ll guide you step by step through the 10 Nordic Walking techniques accredited by British Nordic Walking, showing you how to use the poles correctly so you can enjoy the full-body benefits of this exercise.
Venue: The beautiful grounds of Eilm Conference Centre, West Malvern.
What to Expect
A brief introduction to Nordic Walking and its many benefits for fitness, posture, and overall wellbeing.
Guidance on choosing and using the right poles, and how they differ from regular hiking poles.
A gentle warm-up to get you moving.
Step-by-step instruction of the core Nordic Walking techniques, with demonstrations, individual coaching, and group practice.
Helpful tips to make your walking more effective and enjoyable.
By the end of the session, you’ll feel confident walking with Nordic poles, experience a full-body workout, and discover just how enjoyable and rewarding Nordic Walking can be – whether solo or in a group.
All equipment is provided – just bring your enthusiasm!
