Do you have digestive drama? Then, kombucha may be just what the doctor ordered! In this class, participants will learn the history and benefits of kombucha tea, as well as how to brew and maintain your own. All attendees will go home with their own SCOBY and home-made batch of kombucha tea. $25 in advance, $30 at the door. All materials included. Space is limited.
