Join Eating Out Austin for a hands-on Ceviche Cooking Class, an interactive culinary experience designed for food enthusiasts and home cooks looking to explore fresh, flavorful seafood.

Led by an experienced instructor, Chef Erik John, this class will guide you step by step through the process of making authentic ceviche. You’ll learn how to safely prepare and handle fresh fish, balance citrus and seasonings, and create a dish that’s both refreshing and vibrant. Along the way, you’ll also pick up useful tips on knife work, marinating techniques, and plating for presentation.

Whether you’re new to seafood or simply want to expand your skills, this class offers a supportive environment to learn, taste, and enjoy.
