Perfect for: Anyone who wants to dive into curling.
What to expect:
•$30 registration fee.
•Small groups (no more than 8 players per sheet).
•A full 2-hour session on the ice.
•Hands-on coaching to learn the techniques, rules, and strategy of curling.
•Game play! Test your skills in a friendly match.
•Bonus: Access to our Beginner and Member Leagues for more curling fun.
•Includes opportunity for Broomstacking! (Socialization with members after the event at a local restaurant)
What to wear?
-Shoes: No raised heels or flip-flops. Running shoes work best, but be sure the soles are clean to avoid slipping.
-Pants: Choose pants that allow for easy movement, as curling requires flexibility. Avoid jeans, as they can leave cotton on the ice and restrict movement.
-Layers: Ice rinks can be cold, so we recommend dressing in layers. A light jacket, gloves, and thick socks will help keep you comfortable throughout the session.
