Learn to Cross-Country Ski

Learn the basics of cross-country skiing before going on a short, guided ski tour. Ski rental is $15 per person, $10 for Friends members, payable by cash, check, or credit card. Please bring the exact amount of cash if possible (we have limited change). For ages 12 and older. Registration required.

Fee will be paid on the day of the event upon arrival. Please arrive 15 minutes early if you are renting skis. The trails are flat and easy to ski on. Dress for the weather. If there is less than 4" of snow on the ground, a guided walk will be led if there is enough interest. Please note that you must provide a phone number in order to confirm your registration. You will receive a reminder call before the event. Our programs often have waiting lists; if at any time your plans change, please let us know by calling 716-683-5959.

All children attending programs must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver.
