Handmade Pasta Night Get ready to dive into the art of fresh Italian pasta with Chef Berto! In this hands-on culinary experience, you’ll learn to roll, cut, and shape your own tagliatelle or pappardelle completely from scratch.
This class is designed for pairs of two. Don’t have a partner? No worries—we’ll pair you with another guest so you can enjoy the full experience.
Once your pasta is crafted, you’ll customize your plate with your choice of:
Alfredo or Pomodoro sauce
Classic meatballs or grilled chicken
Your evening also includes a crisp Italian salad and dessert—creating a complete, delicious, homemade Italian meal.
Come hungry, expect to get a little flour on your hands, and enjoy an unforgettable night of cooking at The Emerson.

BYOB: Guests may bring one bottle of wine per group. Beer, wine, or champagne (21+)
Included: All ingredients, equipment, tools, and emailed recipes
