Learn the Masters' Way: Shapes, Value, Color, EdgesA three day oil painting seminar with award winning artist Lew Thatcher.
Study the four step technique of many of the great masters: Shapes, value, color, edges. In modern vernacular, we can describe these steps as drawing, black and white, colors, and finishing touches.
Students will work from their own photo references. Student photographs must be emailed to [email protected] no later than August 5th. Sign up deadline is on August 4th. Lew will send registered students a syllabus and supply list before class begins.
