The Maha Mrityunjaya, along with the Gayatri Mantra, holds the highest place among the many sacred mantras used for contemplation and meditation. Sometimes referred to as the "Great Death-Conquering" mantra, chanting the Maha Mrityunjaya helps to overcome fear of death and instill deep inner peace. We will begin by learning the mantra, chanting it together, then finding stillness in savasana.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early. Our events and classes begin and end on time. To ensure the safety and comfort of our attendees, presenters, and staff, the doors will lock promptly at the posted start time and late entries will not permitted. Please do not knock on the door if you are late and the door is locked.
