That gap between what we feel and what we're able to express — that's where relationships slowly break down.
Non-Violent Communication (NVC) is a practice developed by Dr. Marshall Rosenberg that helps you close that gap.
Most of us say "yes" without really meaning to say yes because we don't want to hurt the other person. We want connection, but we don't know how to go about understanding ourselves and the other person.
It's not about being "nice" or conflict-avoidant. It's about learning to speak from the heart in a way that connects, and listens in a way that heals.
On Saturday, 13th June, we're having a full-day experiential workshop in Colombo — a warm, hands-on space where you'll practice these skills in real time.
You'll leave with:
- A clearer understanding of your own emotions and needs
- Tools to express yourself without blame or accusation
- The ability to hear others — even in difficult moments
- Stronger, more honest relationships
Led by Ramanusha Poopalaratnam, a Certified NVC Trainer with 20+ years of experience in Peace & Conflict Resolution — facilitating English, Tamil, and Sinhala.
