Learn Reiki 1 & 2

Do you want to learn about Reiki?
Sign up for this in-person beginner Reiki class. This class is hosted over two Sundays: the first Sunday, we will cover self Reiki and the second Sunday we will cover becoming a Reiki practitioner.
Class sizes varies 5 spots available.
No prior experience required.
Certification through International School for Reiki Training and Reiki with Laura.
Sixth degree lineage.

Some things we cover in class:
- Reiki history and ideals
-The practice of Seiza using the ideals
-The history of scientific investigation into the human energy field
-Basic anatomy of the body
- Meridians, chakras, and auras
- Energy "blocks" and density evolution to personal disease
- Your own abilities through knowing, sensing, hearing, seeing, smelling
- Sensing your own energy field and differentiating between others
- Preparation to heal and The Heavens
- Holding space for yourself and others
- Self-care with the laying of hands
- Healing using colors, smells, and sounds
- Personal health and maintenance using fruits and vegetable dense meals, supplements and meditation
- Your authentic self and creating a community of support
- Protection and boundary setting
-Giving a complete Reiki session for self and others.
-How to give Reiki in different environments from Reiki shares, personal sessions, hospitals, hospice and events.
-Japanese Reiki Techniques, as taught by Usui Sensei including:
Gassho meditation,
Reiji-ho - developing your intuition,
Byosen Scanning - detecting where Reiki is needed,
Gyoshi ho - sending Reiki with the eyes,
Kenyoku - Dry bathing or clearing one's energy field.
Kekko - Reiki massage method
-Hayashi Healing Guide. Using Reiki for specific conditions.
-The Reiki II symbols
-Using Reiki to heal unwanted habits
