Come join us for an introduction into Primordial Sound Meditation, a mantra based meditation practice. We will discover your mantra together based on birth information (date, time and place), and I will teach you how to use this mantra to allow you to slip into the silence, and unlock the benefits of meditation.

In this meditation 101 class we will go over what primordial sound meditation is, the benefits, and practical aspects of meditation so you can feel comfortable practicing on your own at home after our first session together!

This class is great for anyone curious about learning how to meditate, or wants to deepen their current practice. Don’t forget to bring along your birth information so you can find out what your personal mantra is!
