Morning Meditation and Pranayama

Start your weekend with clarity, calm, and vitality in this nourishing Morning Meditation and Pranayama class. Through gentle movement, guided breathwork, and meditation, you'll awaken your mind, energize your body, and cultivate inner peace.

We’ll begin with gentle stretches to release tension and prepare for stillness, followed by pranayama techniques to deepen your breath, calm your nervous system, and increase mental focus. The class concludes with a guided meditation, inviting you into a state of balance and mindfulness.

Bolsters and blankets are provided to ensure comfort and relaxation throughout the practice.
