Would you know what to do in a cardiac or first aid emergency? Join us for an interactive, hands-on certification course designed to give you the confidence to act when every second counts.

What You Will Learn:

This American Heart Association (AHA) course covers the essential skills needed to recognize and treat emergencies in adults, and children. Our experienced instructors will guide you through:

• Pediatric First Aid: Learn how to respond to common childhood emergencies, including allergic reactions, fevers, and accidental injuries.
• Bleeding & Bandaging: Master the "Stop the Bleed" techniques—pressure application, tourniquet use, and proper wound bandaging.
• CPR & AED Training: High-quality chest compressions and breaths for all ages, plus how to operate an Automated External Defibrillator.
• Choking Relief: Specific techniques for helping adults, children, and infants who are choking.

Skill Highlights:

We provide a comprehensive Child CPR Skills Testing Checklist to ensure you walk away with verified, hands-on proficiency in:

1. Scene safety and assessing the victim.
2. Proper hand placement and compression depth (``~2 inches).
3. Correct compression-to-breath ratios.
4. Switching roles/cycles effectively.
