A Journey In and Through Your Heart
You are invited into a gentle, sacred creative space where painting becomes a way of listening.
This intuitive painting class is not about technique or talent —
it is about learning how to listen with your heart and trust what wants to come through.
Through guided breath, stillness, and presence, you will be invited to soften and allow. In this space, colour and shape begin to speak — carrying wisdom, insight, and inner knowing that cannot be expressed through words alone.
You do not need to know how to paint.
You do not need experience or confidence.
This class is for anyone who is curious about the wisdom of the heart and how your higher awareness can communicate through creative expression.
I will offer simple, gentle techniques that are easy to adapt into your own artwork — not to teach you how to paint, but to support a sense of freedom, trust, and flow. This is about discovering your way of bringing images forward.
This practice has supported me through many seasons of my life — moments of joy, moments of deep challenge, and moments where there were no clear answers. When you approach your artwork with intention and openness, the images that emerge can offer guidance, clarity, and profound support.
My role is not to direct your art, but to hold a safe and sacred space where you can listen, trust, and allow your own inner wisdom to lead.
Each participant will leave with a finished intuitive painting — a visual reflection of their heart’s voice and inner knowing.
