Immersing yourself in mandala art allows you to be completely in the moment and put aside all the worries and distractions of the outside world and even the ever-present pressure of the mobile phone.
Escape the blues, the stress of everyday life, take a break from social media and rediscover time for yourself. Just switch off, literally and metaphorically.
All materials are provided and is suitable for beginners, just chose your paint colours and each session is fully guided.
This workshop is being held at the Yoga4all Wellbeing Event at Garons Park ample free parking, so is easily accessible for all.
1 hour workshop 11am - 12pm 5 places available £4 per person
1 hour workshop 01pm - 02pm 5 places available £4 per person
1 hour workshop 02pm - 03pm 5 places available £4 per person
1 hour workshop 03pm - 04pm 5 places available £4 per person
