Learn @ Lunch: Summer Corn

For ages 18 & up

Sit back and enjoy while we show you how to highlight the flavors of fresh, summer corn in our one hour, lunch-time class. You'll pick up tips on balancing flavors as we show you how to make an updated version of a Sicilian side dish; a quick and easy sauté; and a simple but delicious, seasonal dessert.

For ages 18 & up. Alcoholic beverages will not be served in this class.

• Grilled Corn & Summer Vegetable Caponata

• Garlic Shrimp with Fresh Corn Polenta

• Strawberry Shortcake with Cornmeal Biscuit

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
